When an Auroran astrophysicist dies of an apparent heart attack, detective Shea Delgado immediately suspects foul play.

The victim was one of the very few people who knew the momentous secret Shea had uncovered in a previous investigation.

If the astrophysicist really was murdered because of what he knew, it could mean Shea, his partner Rachel Okagawa, and his grandmother, Auroran Council member Georgette Ridere, are in danger as well. The scarcity of forensic evidence would point to a sophisticated actor.
